Selection Process
Selection will be based on a single-stage Computer-Based Test (CBT) of 3 hours duration comprising 120 objective-type questions carrying a total of 480 marks. The CBT consists of three sections: Engineering Stream Section-I, Engineering Stream Section-II, and General Ability Test Section-III.
The marking scheme awards +4 marks for each correct answer and deducts -1 mark for each wrong answer. Minimum qualifying marks are 40% in each section individually. The combined minimum qualifying score is 50% for UR/OBC (CL) candidates and 45% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD/EWS candidates.
Candidates who qualify the CBT will be called for document verification. A medical examination will also be conducted as part of the final selection.
