Only Indian nationals are eligible. Experience must be post-qualification and in the sectors specified in the official notification (Petroleum / Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals / Power / Fertilizer / Automobile / Defence / Engineering & Capital Goods — post-wise). Salary and Pay Structure
Selected candidates are inducted at the minimum of the applicable pay scale. No higher starting pay is mentioned in the notification.

Selection Process
BPCL uses a multi-stage selection methodology. The stages actually conducted may vary depending on the volume of applications received for each profile.
